PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN/ CAREER PLAN

   
   

     Before we started our practice teaching I was thinking if I can survive in the field. They we're so excited that they can't wait for their deployment papers and some of them deploy their selves already and we are the last batch that was deployed at first I was very excited but as days pass by I realize that it is very hard when you are the one experiencing it already.
   
      Are there really plans after all of this? Of course there is but today I can say that nothing is certain but I am really planning to continue teaching whatever it takes even if it is hard. I will print a hundred of resumes and submit it to many schools as possible and if I get a job I will help those people who help me reach where I am today. I'm still thinking about applying for Masters Degree because I know that there are so many things I have to improve as a teacher and as a person.
